In reference to captioned subject and pursuant to Regulation 33(3) d of the SEBI(LODR)Regulations,2015, we hereby submit the revised standalone unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter Ended on 31st December,2023 along with Limited review report due to discrepancy related to Limited Review Report and Standalone unaudited financial Result Submitted. Further we have already submitted Standalone unaudited Financial Result as on 13th January,2024. There is no change in the data and Figure of Financial Result. We request you take it in your record.
