SAVITA OIL TECHNOLOGIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Savita Oil Technologies Limited is scheduled to be held on Monday, 30th May, 2022 at 2.30 p.m. at the Registered Office of the Company to consider inter alia: a) Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022. b) Final dividend on equity shares, if any. c) Scheme of Amalgamation between the Company and Savita Polymers Limited and their respective shareholders.
