With reference to the captioned matter, we would like to inform that pending the release of XBRL template in the new format prescribed by SEBI vide its Circular dated 22nd November, 2021 on Disclosure obligations of listed entities in relation to Related Party Transactions and based on the verbal guidance provided by the stock exchanges, we enclose herewith scanned copy of disclosures on Related Party Transactions for the half year ended 31st March, 2022.
