No. LO/Migration/MJ/MIG-TP/343/2021-22 dated January 12, 2022 regarding Migration of 2,36,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each of Radhika Jeweltech Limited from BSE SME platform to BSE Main Platform with effect from Thursday, 13th January 2022. The copy of approval letters and notice of BSE Limited is attached herewith.
