Kopran Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 27, 2022, to, inter alia, consider and approve and take on record the following:

1. Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Result of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2022.

2. Recommend Dividend (if any)

Further, pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct for Regulating & Reporting of Trading by Insiders and for Fair Disclosure, the ''Trading Window'' for dealing in the securities of the Company which was closed from April 01, 2022, will re-open 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
