In continuation to our letter dated 06th February, 2024 and pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose the Statement of Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone) together with the copy of Limited Review Report of the Auditors of the Company for the quarter and Nine months ended on 31st December, 2023, duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on Tuesday, 13th February, 2024. The Board Meeting commenced at 2.30 p.m. and concluded at 3.00 p.m.
