Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Mr. Kanwar Nitin Singh has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Esquire Money Guarantees Limited (the Company) vide letter dated Wednesday, April 10, 2024. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/ CFD /CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are enclosed herewith as Annexure I. The resignation letter received from Mr. Kanwar Nitin Singh from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company is enclosed as Annexure II.
