SUNFLAG IRON & STEEL CO.LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/04/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the matters connected with and incidental to the Arbitral Award passed on 22nd April, 2022 by the Hon'ble Sole Arbitrator Mr. Justice A. R. Joshi (Retd.), Former Judge Bombay High Court under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in connection with arbitration between the Company and Lloyds Metals and Energy Limited (LMEL).
