Details as per Regulation 30.as per listing regulations and Circulars as ammended from time to time Reason for Change: Resignation as statutory auditors of the company due to inqdequate audit renumeration. Date of cessation : 01.02.2024 The company is in process of appointing new Statutory Auditors of the company and the same will be communicated to the stock exchange.
