Medplus Health Services Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we inform you that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 30th May, 2022 through video conferencing to, inter alia: 1. Consider and approve the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2022; 2. Consider and Approve the Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company and its Subsidiaries for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2022; In terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and company's code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the Trading Window has been closed from 1st April, 2022 to 1st June, 2022 (both days inclusive).
