To consider and approve Standalone & Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2022; 2. To consider merger of Monica Trading Private Limited, Shree Renuka Agri Ventures Limited & Shree Renuka Tunaport Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company, with the Company, subject to necessary approvals.
