We wish to inform that in accordance to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)(Amendment) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall be closed for Designated persons and their immediate relatives from Monday, 01st April, 2024 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024.
