In terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders framed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the 'Trading Window' for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st April, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results (Audited) of the Company for the Financial year ended March 31, 2023.
