FORTIS HEALTHCARE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 to, inter-alia, consider and approve audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2022. Further, in continuation to our letter ref. FHL/SEC/2021-22 dated March 30, 2022 captioned 'Closure of Trading Window', it is hereby informed that the trading window of the Company for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed till May 27, 2022.
