Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on Thursday 04th August, 2022, has considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Sachin Seth (DIN: 00466950) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive and Non-Independent) of the Company w.e.f. 04th August, 2022 subject to the approval of shareholders in forthcoming annual general meeting of the Company.
