We wish to inform you that the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from April 01, 2024 in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s Code of Conduct on Prevention of Insider Trading. The Trading window shall be opened after the passing of 48 hours of the conclusion of the Board Meeting in which the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial year ending on March 31, 2024 shall be approved. The date of the Board meeting shall be intimated to you separately.
