Sir / Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Stakeholder''s Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e., on 24 April 2024, has allotted 6,601 equity shares of Rs. 10 each on the exercise of Equity Settled Stock Appreciation Rights pursuant to Kirloskar Industries Limited - Employee Stock Appreciation Rights Plan 2019. Accordingly, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from 99,27,553 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 9,92,75,530 to 99,34,154 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 9,93,41,540. You are requested to take the same on your record.
