Pursuant to Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons in terms of SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, The Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 01st April, 2024 for all the employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons, Insiders and their Immediate relatives for purpose of consideration and approval of Audited Financial Results for the half year and year ended 31st March, 2024 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Audited Financial Results of the Company to the Exchange.
