This is further to our letter no. MSTC/CS/SE/232 dated 28th April, 2021. We would like to inform you that Ministry of Steel, Government of India, vide its Order No. 11(1)/2020-BLA dated 18.04.2022, has assigned additional charge of the post of Managing Director of Ferro Scrap Nigam Limited (FSNL), a wholly owned subsidiary of MSTC Limited to Shri Surinder Kumar Gupta, Chairman cum Managing Director of MSTC Limited for a further period of one year w.e.f 01.05.2022 or untill the regular incumbent joins the post or until further orders, whichever is earliest.
