Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. 14th March, 2023, appointed Mr. Chandrashekhar Baseshankar as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company w.e.f. 14th March, 2023, upon recommendations of the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company.
