This is to inform you that with reference to the circulars no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02nd April, 2019 issued by BSE Limited and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in securities/ shares of the Company shall remain closed from 01st January, 2022 for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relative(s). The trading window will be open 48 hours after the announcement of the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021.
