Life 108 Healthcare Private Limited to sell, stock or exhibit or offer for sale, or distribute by wholesale and retail, drugs other than those specified in Schedule C (C) and X of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945 on the premises situated at Plot No. 34/GF/FF/SF, Nihar House, First Floor, Ravi Colony, Ganesh Nagar, West Marredpally, Secunderabad, Hyderabad-500026, Marredpally(V), Marredpally(M), Hyderabad(Dist.), Telangana, India. The License number being TS/HYD/2024-115738. The required information in compliance with SEBI Circular ref. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-POD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, pertaining to the above license are provided in ANNEXURE A.
