With reference to the compliance under Regulations 32(1)(a) and (b) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with the SEBI Circular dated 24/12/2019, the Company hereby submits to the Stock Exchange the Statement of Deviation(s) or Variation(s) for the period ended 31/03/2024 for the Initial Public Issue of 15,66,000 Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs.10/- each at a price of Rs.51/-per Equity Share (including Premium of Rs.41/- per Equity Share). We hereby confirm that there was no deviation and variation in the utilization of the proceeds of the Issue of Equity Shares from the Objects as stated in the Explanatory Statement to the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 02/01/2023.
