Savita Oil Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2022, inter alia, to consider :

1. Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2022,

2. Final dividend on equity shares, if any.

3. Scheme of Amalgamation between the Company and Savita Polymers Limited and their respective shareholders.

As per Insider Trading Regulations, 2015 (as amended), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has remained closed from April 01, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours from disclosure of Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2022.
