In terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and in accordance with the Company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of RSD Finance Limited shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relative(s) from 01st January, 2022 till 48 (forty-eight) hours after dissemination of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended 31st December, 2021.
