Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith a summary of Revised proceedings of the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on Wednesday, 27th September, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at plot No.140, Saijpur-Gopalpur, Pirana Road, Piplej, Ahmedabad- 382405, Gujarat India. As per requirement of Regulations 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the revised proceedings of 39th AGM of the Company are enclosed herewith as Annexure I.
