Raising fund through issue of equity share on rights basis to the existing equity shareholders of the Company, in accordance with applicable laws, including the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 (the "Rights Issue"). 4. To approve draft notice and decide venue of the Annual General Meeting of the Company. 5. Any other Matter with the permission of the Chair.
