Aurobindo Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2022, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:

1. Standalone & Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2022 and

2. Payment of Fourth Interim Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2021-22.

Further to the Company''s letter dated March 29, 2022 informing the closure of Trading Window of the Company from April 01 , 2022 until 48 hours from the date of declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31,2022, the Trading Window will remain closed up to June 01, 2022 and shall be re-opened on June 02, 2022.
