MANALI PETROCHEMICAL LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 24th May 2022 for considering inter alia, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2022 and recommendation of dividend if any for FY 2021-22. As intimated previously, in terms of the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the above financial results.
