Unaudited Consolidated and Standalone Financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022. Copy of the same is enclosed herewith along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditor. The meeting commenced at 3.30 p.m. and concluded at 6:40 p.m.
