Clarification On News Item Appearing In CNBC TV 18 Website On March 6, 2024 | 03/06/24 23:15

We write to inform you that it has come to our attention that certain articles has been reported and published in the mainstream media alleging that the Directorate General of GST Intelligence (DGGI) has initiated action against Pratap Snacks Limited. In this regard, we categorically deny and state that the aforesaid information as published and reported in the media is baseless and factually incorrect. The Company is not in receipt of any such notice from DGGI as alleged in the media reports. Further, we are simultaneously writing to CNBC TV 18 in this regard. The Company is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of ethical business conduct and corporate governance.
