we would like to inform you that Governing Board of the Manager by way of circular resolution passed on September 27, 2022, took note of the notice of intention dated September 21, 2022 received from Sundew Real Estate Private Limited ('Sundew') and the shareholder of Sundew, Ivory Property Trust ('IPT') and its nominees, represented by trustees of IPT expressing their interest to offer all the outstanding equity shares held by IPT in Sundew, to Mindspace Business Parks REIT ('Mindspace REIT').
