Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that, based upon recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 21, 2025, has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Pradeep Gupta as Chairman and Managing Director, subject to approval of shareholders.
