Vishwaraj Sugar Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/01/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 10, 2024, and October 16, 2024, in terms of provisions of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, January 16, 2025, to inter alia, consider and approve the following: - 1. The proposal for purchase of land from the Promoter & Promoter Group. 2. The proposal for treatment of such consideration amount of purchase of land as an unsecured loan on the Company. 3. The terms and conditions for the conversion of the such unsecured loan into equity shares in accordance with Section 62(3) of the Companies Act, 2013. 4.
