Approval of Un-Audited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon for the Quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024 as per Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Board Meeting commenced at 02:30 P.M. and concluded at 3:30 P.M.
