We have already provided a certificate from Sanjay Raja Jain & Co., Chartered Accountants, dated August 01, 2024, confirming the Non-applicability of Regulation 27(2) (a) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. As per the enclosed certificate, the company is not required to submit a quarterly report on Corporate Governance under Regulation 27(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
