We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on Thursday, January 16, 2025, discussed the matter relating to purchase of non-agricultural land from the promoters, treatment of the consideration amount as an unsecured loan on the Company and for the conversion of the loan into equity shares. The Board was unable to come to a conclusion on the discussed topic, and it has been agreed that the matter will be revisited and discussed further in future meetings. No final resolutions or actions were taken at this time.
