Conduct of Postal Ballot for obtaining the shareholders' approval for Point No. 1 of the Outcome. 3. Notice of Postal Ballot and appointment of Mr. Priyank Kukreja, Practicing Company Secretary (M. No. A40585, Cop No. 19465) as Scrutinizer for the purpose of conducting Postal Ballot Process.
