      In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby notify that the Operations and Administrative Committee of the Company on 14th September 2022 has allotted 5,683 equity shares of INR 2 each, pursuant to exercise of employee stock options / stock appreciation rights under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013-A and Cipla Employee Stock Appreciation Rights Scheme 2021 of the Company. Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to INR 1,61,40,03,206 comprising of 80,70,01,603 equity shares of face value INR 2 each.
