The Board of Directors of the Company have approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2019.
It is notified that the Board has recommended a final dividend of Re. 1/- per share (i.e.@ 10 % on the paid up equity share capital) for the fin year 2018-19 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. This final dividend is in addition to the Interim Dividend(s) of Rs.8.25 per share paid for the financial year 2018-19.

(i) Statements showing the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2019.
(ii)Auditors' Report with unmodified opinion on Audited Financial Results -Standalone and Consolidated
