     This is in continuation of our communication dated 28.10.2021 w.r.t. intimation of Board meeting scheduled to be held on Friday, the 12.11.2021 for consideration and approval of un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter/ half year ended 30th September, 2021.

    It is also informed that in the aforesaid meeting, Board may consider for declaration of Interim Dividend for the FY 2021-22.

    In terms of Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Tuesday,
    the 23.11.2021 will be the Record Date for determining eligibility of shareholders for payment of the said Interim Dividend, if any, declared by the Board of Directors.
