No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April 2019 and as per the company code of internal procedure and conduct for regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by insiders, The "Trading window'' for the trading in the securities of the company will remain closed with effect from Monday 1st April 2024 and shall be reopen after expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results for the quarter and the year ended 31st March 2024.
