     BCPL Railway Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2020, inter alia, has recommended final dividend of Rs. 0.20/- (2%) per equity share for the Financial Year 2019-20 for the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

    To Convene 24th Annual General Meeting of the Company (AGM) on August 14, 2020. at 4.00 p.m through video conferencing at the Registered office of the Company.
