     AARTI INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 22/03/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In accordance with Regulation 29(1)(d) and Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, intimation is hereby given that in respect of the QIP, a meeting of the Fund Raising Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on March 22, 2019 to, amongst others, consider and approve the issue price for Equity Shares to be allotted to the qualified institutional buyers in the proposed Issue, including a discount, if any, as permitted under the SEBI ICDR Regulations.
