Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,
2015, we enclose herewith:
(i) Postal Ballot Notice along with the Postal Ballot Form, to be dispatched to the shareholders of the Company as on the Cut-Off Date, i.e., Friday, February 8, 2019 through permitted modes;
(ii) Copy of advertisement to be published in the newspapers in terms of Section 110 of the Companies Act,
2013 (as amended) read with Rule 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014
(as amended). Further, copies of the newspaper publications in terms of Regulation 47 of the said Regulations shall be sent to you in due course;
(iii) Calendar of Events for the Postal Ballot Process.
