     As per the special resolution passed by the shareholder on the AGM held on August 1, 2019, the exchanges are hereby informed that the term of office of Mr. Aman Mehta, Independent Director, is completed on August 31, 2021. He has now ceased to be a Director of the Company effective from the close of August 31, 2021.

    The Board and the management place on record their deep appreciation for the contribution made by Mr. Aman Mehta during his association with the Company.
