     WEBSOL ENERGY SYSTEM LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/04/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1) the issue of fully convertible warrants to the promoter/promoter group of the Company on preferential allotment basis in accordance with Section 42 & 62 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Chapter V of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital Disclosures and Requirements) Regulations, 2018 and subsequent amendments thereto. 2) Any other matter with the permission of the chair.
