Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is informed that Shri Anil Kapoor has been appointed as Director (HR) on the Board of BHEL w.e.f. 15.10.2019, till the date of his superannuation (31.01.2022), or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Further it is hereby informed that Shri Anil Kapoor, newly appointed Director (HR) has furnished a declaration that he is not debarred from holding the office of Director pursuant to any SEBI order or order of any other such authority.
In this regard, we are also enclosing herewith the updated list of the Board of Directors of BHEL as on 15.10.2019 as Annexure-I for your information and record please. Brief Profile of Shri Anil Kapoor is enclosed as Annexure-II.
