Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with Schedule III of said regulation, intimation is hereby given that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on June 29, 2020 has discussed about the complexities of the compliances and based on the discussions and after careful consideration decided to appoint Mehta and Mehta, Company Secretaries with wider practical experience of handling listed entities as Secretarial Auditor for the financial year ended on March 31, 2020.
Please note that the appointment of the Mehta and Mehta, Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditor supersedes the appointment of erstwhile Secretarial Auditor in their meeting which was held on February 12, 2020.
