This is in continuation of our previous letters dated March 23, 2020, March 25, 2020 and April 28, 2020 pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
In this regard, we wish to inform you that the Company has partially resumed its operations at its plant situated at Patiala (Punjab) by adhering to the directions, guidelines and permissions issued by the appropriate Government Authorities with respect to COVID-19. The financial impact is not ascertainable at this stage. The Company is closely monitoring the situation and will take necessary steps. Further developments in this regard, would be shared from time to time.
